well-sized room great comfort complimentary coffee
the room was well-sized and the beds provided great comfort (i slept so well!). it was convenient to access the city center via tram, a short ride away. i especially appreciated the complimentary coffee available at the reception.
i found that the room lacked a refrigerator, slightly inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks.

The front desk staff was friendly and cute. I found the lobby very nice, and the room was large and clean. The hotel offers an interesting feature where you can take a plant from the hall to your room. It adds a cozy touch. Breakfast had a good variety.
I noticed the walls were thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

friendly staff pleasant restaurant attentitive service
the staff in the car park were helpful, reserving a space. staff inside were attentive and friendly . the hotel offered various products, and the restaurant and lounge areas were pleasant.
Sound isolation was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway.

Mediocre stay with several issues

damaged mixer poor isolation
I found a major issue with the sound isolation in room 333. Some guy yelled near the elevator at 6 AM several times. The washbasin mixer was broken, and it sprayed water on the wall. Some furniture was also broken. The room didn't seem properly cleaned when I arrived.
