the room was well-sized and the beds provided great comfort (i slept so well!). it was convenient to access the city center via tram, a short ride away. i especially appreciated the complimentary coffee available at the reception.

The front desk staff was friendly and cute. I found the lobby very nice, and the room was large and clean. The hotel offers an interesting feature where you can take a plant from the hall to your room. It adds a cozy touch. Breakfast had a good variety.

damaged mixerpoor isolation
I found a major issue with the sound isolation in room 333. The washbasin mixer was broken, and it sprayed water on the wall. Some furniture was also broken. The room didn't seem properly cleaned when I arrived.
